I decided to get my first Bioscan after talking with Grego about my goals.  He broke down the print out, pointing out the positives and the areas I could work on.  I was able to set realistic goals that were based on fat loss and importantly maintaining/gaining muscle.

 

By getting regular bioscans I can:

- check my training and nutrition

- motivate myself to keep moving towards my goals and set new ones.

And most importantly:

- celebrate my progress

 

Bioscan takes all the guess work out of it.  It has changed my perception of myself and the goals I set - no longer about lower numbers on a scale.  I recommend everyone to get regular bioscan's whether you are starting out in fitness, a new programme, or just to check progress.
